Win back your week.
Get the repetitive work
off your plate, with AI.

Point me at the work that’s costing you the most time. Sometimes the fix is getting you set up with AI tools that already exist. Sometimes it’s building something custom. We work out which on the call.

What I automate

Work that runs itself.

The repetitive work that quietly eats your week — handled either by AI tools you learn to drive yourself, or by systems I build into the tools you already use. Either way it runs in your voice, on its own. If your version of this isn’t here, it’s probably still a fit.

Sales

Prospect research, proposals and outreach, follow-ups, a CRM that keeps itself current.

Customer support

Ticket triage, drafted replies, and a knowledge base that answers the repeat questions.

Marketing

Content from a single idea, scheduled across channels, with performance read back to you.

Operations & admin

Inbox sorting, meeting recaps, and documents turned into data your tools can act on.

Finance

Invoices reconciled against scope, receivables chased on a schedule you set.

Knowledge

Answers pulled from your own files and notes, every claim linked back to its source.

Watching the web

Competitors, prices, listings, and reviews — monitored, with a nudge when something changes.

We find the highest-payback one on the call
How we’d work

One call, then two paths.

A free call to work out what you actually need, then one of two paths — Training or a custom Build. No diagnostic weeks, no pilot gauntlet. Most of the value lands in that first engagement.

  1. 01

    Scoping call (30 min, free)

What's eating your week, what tools you already pay for, where your data lives. I ask, you talk, no pitch. By the end we know whether the answer is training, a custom build, or a bit of both.

  2. 02

    Training, or Build

If existing tools can already do the job, we run a Training engagement: I get you (and your team, if you have one) set up and confident, with real workflows live before we're done. If the job needs something custom, we scope a Build: fixed scope, fixed fee, designed and shipped into the tools you already use.

  3. 03

    Hand-off

Whichever path, you end up with something working that you own. Training: you can run and adjust it yourself. Build: it's documented and handed over running, with 30 days of post-launch support.

  4. 04

    Ongoing (optional)

If there's more worth doing, we continue on a simple month-to-month arrangement. No pressure, no upsell theatre. Most of the value is in the first engagement.

Ways to work together

Two ways in, plus one to keep going.

Two ways to start — Training if the tools to fix it already exist, Build if they don’t — and an optional month-to-month arrangement if you want to keep going after. There’s no “upgrade path”; pick what fits the work.

    Training

Get running on AI tools that already exist.

For when the tools to fix this already exist and you just need someone to set them up and show you how. A fixed-scope engagement, usually about a week. For an individual it's one-to-one; for a small team it's a working session plus setup. You finish able to run it yourself, with real workflows already live.

    • Fixed scope, fixed fee
    • Real workflows set up live, not slides
    • You leave able to run and adjust it yourself
  • 02 · Way in

    Build

A custom system, built and handed over.

For when existing tools can't do the job, or the work needs to run on its own without anyone driving it. One specific system, designed, built, and shipped into the tools you already use. Fixed scope, fixed fee, ROI you can see.

    • Scoped before any build begins
    • Built, shipped, documented
    • 30-day post-launch support
  • 03 · Optional follow-on

    Ongoing

Keep going, once the first thing earns it.

After a Training or Build engagement, some clients want to keep improving. A simple monthly arrangement to keep building and refining. No long lock-in, no executive-seat pricing. Month to month.

    • Continued building and refinement
    • Month to month, cancel anytime
    • Priority access for questions

Pricing depends on scope. We work it out on the call and write it into a one-page engagement letter before any work begins.

Who you’d be working with

Ali Salem.

Ali Salem

20 years building software — most of it leading the engineering teams behind systems that couldn’t afford to fail. Real-time platforms serving millions of users, infrastructure handling billions of events a day, an engineering org of 50+. The common thread: real users, real money, real stakes.

Since 2023 I’ve pointed all of that at AI — production RAG over operational data, agent workflows over messy ops processes, LLM extraction over the PDFs and spreadsheets that defeat regex. When I recommend a vendor or stack, it’s because I’ve used it, broken it, and lived with the workarounds. When I build, the same. There’s no slide between you and the work.

Operator first. Advisor second.

Common questions.

If yours isn’t here, ask me on the call or send a note below — I read every one.

Book a 30-min call.

Tell me what's eating your week — a specific thing you want built, tools you suspect could help, or just exploring. We'll figure out on the call whether it's training, a build, or both. If there's a fit, the next step is a one-page engagement letter.
